What is Tanor?

What kind of problems does Tanor solve?

Problems that cost time, money or growth: manual and repetitive processes, tools that do not talk to each other, analysis that takes weeks, products that were not viable before. We start from the business problem, not from the technology.

What does Tanor build?

AI agents that run processes end to end, custom tools and platforms, integrations between the systems you already have, and models trained on your own data. If a system would create real value for your operation, we can build it.

Is Tanor a consultancy?

We advise, but we do not stop there. We work inside your operation, build what we recommend and see it through to real use.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, the data and the IP belong to you, under your accounts. Everything we build is yours.

Are there licences or recurring fees?

No. There is no licence and nothing recurring by default. Once the project is delivered, it is yours and you do not owe us anything else.

Where is the solution hosted?

Wherever you want. It can run on your own servers, on your company's cloud, or we can host it for you. Your IT team decides, and we work with them to set it up.

Who maintains it once the project is done?

It is up to you. If you have your own IT team, they can take it over completely. If you prefer, Tanor maintains it for a maintenance fee, but that is optional.

What if something breaks after delivery?

We fix it. Any bug in what we delivered is corrected by Tanor under warranty, as long as the code has not been modified by someone else.

Do we need a technical team?

No. We cover product, design, development, testing, DevOps and deployment. If you do have an IT team, we work very closely with it, because we know implementation is where projects get stuck.

Which AI models and tools does Tanor use?

Tanor is agnostic on models and tools. We choose them by task, quality and cost, and change them when something better appears.
